Undergraduate Students
For current University of Utah undergraduate students.
- Fill out the TESOL Certificate Enrollment Form
- Pay $55 fee to linguistics online here
- Register for classes
Graduate Students
For current University of Utah graduate students in linguistics, WLMA or education.
- Fill out the TESOL Certificate Enrollment Form
- Pay $55 fee to linguistics online here
- Register for classes
Current Degree Holders
For individuals who already have a degree from an accredited institution and will not be counting the certificate to any future degree program.
- Visit professional certificate website and fill out the application here
- Register for classes through continuing education here
Non-Students/Non-Matriculated Students
You must be admitted to the University of Utah (If you already have a bachelor's degree, please apply to the professional certificate above) (If you are seeking a second bachelor's degree, apply here).
- Fill out the TESOL Certificate Enrollment Form
- Pay $55 fee to linguistics online here.
- Make an appointment with an advisor, if needed
- Register for classes
