FALL 2022 GRADUATES
Deadline: 23 May 2022
Approval can be via signature on the form or via emails noting the approval from your Honors Faculty Advisor and your faculty mentor.
Title for your proposal form file should follow the titling requirements:
Last name_First name_Thesis Proposal_Fall_2022
Title for your abstract file, if submitted separately, should follow the titling requirements:
Last name_First name_Thesis Description_Fall_2022

Thesis
Follow the thesis template for the formatting of your thesis. Take note of the placement and pagination of the different sections before and after the table of contents, as well as the first and last pages. If your thesis has been approved with a different format, still include the first and last pages from the template.
You may either submit a thesis with your three departmental signatures on the cover page (your faculty mentor, honors faculty advisor, and chair) or submit an email from your HFA indicating that you have all three approvals. Theses without all three approvals will not be accepted.

USpace
You must submit a USpace permission form if you would the library to have your thesis available for public viewing.
Title for your USpace permission form file should follow the titling requirements:

Your thesis and USpace permission from are both submitted to the thesis submission link.
